Fluent 2026: palette light/dark+accent, Segoe UI Variable fallback Segoe UI, MDL2/Fluent glyphs, nav rail 260/68 responsive, cards radius8, buttons radius4 h32, animated toggles 40x20 (144ms), segmented controls w/ sliding pill, custom overlay scrollbars, styled real EDIT search (WM_CTLCOLOR+NtUserSetCaretColor dyn), tooltips comctl, double-buffer GDI+ paint, 16ms anim timer only while animating, DWM dark titlebar(attr20), PerMonitorV2, keyboard traversal+focus rings.
